How long does Diamonds.Ro take to deliver?
Most Diamonds.Ro pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 23–25 business days from order confirmation for production, final quality control and delivery. If your item is in stock, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days instead. Your order confirmation email will indicate which timeline applies to your purchase.
Is Diamonds.Ro jewelry made to order?
Most Diamonds.Ro pieces are made to order with careful attention to craftsmanship, stone setting and final quality control. A limited number of pieces may be in stock and ready to ship sooner.
Can I cancel my Diamonds.Ro order?
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of payment and can be approved only if the order has not yet entered production. To request a cancellation, contact us at ro.co.usa2024@gmail.com with your order number.
Does Diamonds.Ro accept returns?
Diamonds.Ro does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, unwanted items, incorrect selections or standard made-to-order items. Returns may be considered only for a confirmed manufacturing defect.
What should I do if I believe my item has a manufacturing defect?
Please contact us at ro.co.usa2024@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs and/or video. We will review the information and provide next steps if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
